1. Beta Notice

Istakhrej is currently in beta. This means the service is in early development stages and may contain bugs, limitations, or changes to features. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The service is provided "as is" without any warranties
• Features are limited and under active development
• You may experience downtime, errors, or data loss
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time

2. Service Limitations

During the current beta phase, the following limitations apply:

• Page Limit: Only the first 10 pages of each PDF document will be processed
• File Types: Only PDF files are supported at this time
• File Size: File size restrictions may apply
• Processing Rate: Processing times may be longer during peak periods

3. Data Usage and Model Training

Important Notice: By uploading documents to our service, you explicitly agree that:

• All uploaded documents may be used to train and improve our OCR and data extraction models
• Your documents and extracted data will be retained for model improvement purposes
• We may use your data to make our service more accurate and efficient
• You should NOT upload sensitive, confidential, or private information

If you have concerns about data privacy or confidentiality, please do not use this service for sensitive documents.

4. User Accounts

To use this service, you must have a valid account. By creating one, you agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
